IT Field Technician – Bradford / West Yorkshire
£26,000 - £30,000 + great benefits
 
An experienced IT Field Technician is required to join a growing and successful business, helping provide high-level IT support to a large user-base. As part of an established team, you will support business services to ensure service targets are being met and all processes are followed. As well as software support, you will be required to support IT hardware on site, including basic repairs, wireless and wired network troubleshooting, reimaging and initial software triage across all regional sites.
 
You will be expected to have a good understanding of the software and equipment that employees are using as well as the ability to prioritise issues within the region. This role will cover West Yorkshire for a well-established organisation, with most of the work split between Bradford and Leeds.
 
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
 
Package:

• 5 hours per week
• 31 days holidays plus bank holidays

Technical requirements:

• Proven experience in an IT Support role
• Windows 10/11
• Understanding of various IT Software and Hardware
• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Relevant certifications would be desirable – CompTIA A+ / Network+, Microsoft 365 certified, ITIL 4 Foundation etc.
