This advanced development team based in Penrith are looking to add a Senior Account Manager to their team. You will have a crucial role in driving profitable growth, delivering high-converting journeys and retaining existing relationships. They offer a clearly defined career path with an excellent benefits package.

Ideally you will have excellent communication skills with a strong background of in-person meetings with partners to maximise collaboration and in turn value. You have a strong background in account management and ideally have experience working in the Insurance or Fintech industry.

Core skills & experience including:

Excellent Account Management experience
Strong strategic planning and delivering roadmaps
Experience with performance reviews to keep up to date with market activity and identify new growth opportunities
Experience resolving partner issues in an efficient manner
Strong contract management experience in line with industry regulations and business goals
Business management experience including P&L ownership
Knowledge of regulations including GDPR, FCA, Consumer Duty, financial crime, money laundering etc
