This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PHP Developer to join a dynamic development team creating industry-leading software. The ideal developer will have proven experience in developing high-performance, scalable web applications, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with stakeholders.
 
The successful applicant will thrive in a collaborative environment and have a strong understanding of both existing and emerging web technologies. This role offers a hybrid working model, based out of their Oldham / Failsworth office.
 
Core Skills for the PHP Developer Role:

  • Strong understanding of PHP and modern development practices.
  • Proven experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • Proficiency in MySQL and database management.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, working both independently and within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git.
  • Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
