Head of Digital – Manchester (Hybrid Working)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their goals and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation and presentations.
  • Lead technical discussions and stay current with emerging industry trends.
  • Oversee the implementation of websites, plugins, and additional features.
  • Actively develop, maintain, and troubleshoot websites using WooCommerce, PHP, WordPress, MySQL, and more.
  • Act as an escalation point for technical queries from both clients and internal teams.
  • Drive revenue growth and provide commercial insights, including forecasting and financial planning.
Required Skills & Experience for this Head of Digital role:
  • Proven expertise in WooCommerce, PHP, WordPress, MySQL, and related technologies.
  • Strong track record in managing client relationships, contracts, and development teams.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth and accurate company forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with a knack for solving complex problems and managing multiple projects.
