IT Systems Engineer – Nottingham / Hybrid
£32,000 - £36,000 + Excellent benefits
 
This well-established and growing organisation require an experienced IT Systems Engineer, to join them their small but skilled IT team, supporting hardware, software and key systems. As well as this, you will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of systems security whilst also supporting the retention of CyberEssentials+ and enforcing ISO27001 compliance.
 
As IT Systems Engineer you will manage complex IT Incidents that have been escalated to Tier 3 support and identify technical training needs, working with colleagues to overcome their technological challenges. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
 
Whilst the majority of work will be done from home, candidates will ideally come into the office a few days per week, with flexibility available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and manage systems and services within the business.
• Support hardware, software and key systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deploying new systems and services.
• Maintain and improve the security of systems, enforcing ISO27001 compliance.
• Support the retention of Cyber Essentials+.
• Solving complex technical problems
• Continuously enhance IT skills through involvement in a wide range of technical projects.

 
Experience:

• Proven experience providing 3rd Line IT Support
• Active Directory/Azure Active Directory
• Office 365 Administration
• Hardware support
• Intune
• Understanding of Data Protection / Cyber Essentials / ISO27001
