Lead Automation Tester

Automation Test Lead – Fully Remote
Salary: Up to £65-75k + Excellent Benefits DOE
This established organisation is seeking a proactive and motivated Automation Test Lead / Lead Tester to join their dynamic Software Testing team and drive advancements in the testing process.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support automation testers
Organise and execute testing for in-house applications and microservice platform
Plan test activities and write test cases
Implement best practice processes and techniques
Ensure high-quality software delivery

Required Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Automation Test Lead role
Strong experience in Automation testing using C# and Selenium tools
Automation of Angular front end
Demonstrable knowledge of xmlpath / XPath for element identification
Agile and SCRUM methodologies
Experience with Selenium Tools, C#, .Net Core, SQL, and API testing
Knowledge of BDD & TDD processes, SpecFlow or Cucumber / Gherkin
Experience with API's using REST/REFIT
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Boards/Test Plan/Build and Release/Automation Pipelines
