Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies to maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Python code.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively introduce innovative solutions to enhance our software development processes.
  • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Python development.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing software engineering teams, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django or Flask, along with proficiency in SQL and database design.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, scalability, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
