IT Services Team Lead (Maternity Cover)

IT Services Team Lead – West Yorkshire – £37,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
Fixed Term contract for 6-12 months

This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated IT Services Team Lead to join their technical team. The key to this role is to lead a local IT support team to ensure service targets are being met and processes are followed. You will play a lead part in the IT management team and support the IT Service Delivery Manager in implementing processes.

The IT Services Team Lead will work with the infrastructure team to ensure project coordination is effective and timely. You will be required to analyse, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets. My client could consider anyone along the M62 corridor as travel to sites cross the Northwest and West Yorkshire could be required. This position will be a mix of home / on-site working.

This role will be a maternity cover position, lasting up to potentially June 2024.

Key Requirements:

ITIL Certification Desirable
Project Management qualifications desirable e.g. Prince2, APMP
Management and delivery of managed IT services
Understanding of business relationship management processes
Mentoring, training and development of support staff
Stakeholder Management
