Lead Business Analyst

Lead Business Analyst – Northamptonshire - Business Change - Hybrid working 1-2 days a week in their offices
 
Salary – 65k plus benefits and 25 days holiday.
Location – Northampton, Northamptonshire, Midlands

This advanced financial Services organisation based near Northampton, Northamptonshire are looking to add a Senior Business Analyst to work on the implementation of Business Change projects whilst managing a teams of Business Analysts. Ideally, the Lead Business Analyst will have previous extensive experience of operating as a Business Process Analyst across the full project lifecycle, ideally within Financial services industry. You will have worked across multiple methodologies including Waterfall, Agile & DevOps and have certifications preferably in ISEB, Lean  Prince 2, CBAP or Six Sigma.
 
Core responsibilities for this Lead BA role

  • Work with Stakeholders to agree project goals, scope initial requirements, understanding whilst articulating the end-to-end Business impacts of change across the organisation & clients.
  • Liaise among stakeholders to facilitate, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for new & changing business processes, policies, and technologies.
  • Responsibility for Business Requirements & Business process maps, ensuring requirements meet project objectives and benefits-cases
  • Liaise with Change/IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and take account of strategic business needs and direction
  • Liaise with delivery teams to ensure business requirements and solutions are fully understood and can be taken forward into delivery.
 
Core experience for this Lead Business Analyst role
 
  • Experience of operating as a Business Process Analyst for 5+ years across full project lifecycle, ideally within Financial Services organisations is essential for this role.
  • Experience delivering Operational Design (Business-Processes), process re-engineering and supporting business-change projects.
  • Business Analysis qualification in CBAP, ISEB, or Lean/Six Sigma is advantageous
  • Project Management qualification in Prince 2 is advantageous
  • Experience across multiple delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and Dev Ops
 
 
The ideal Senior Business analyst / Business Process analyst will be degree qualified and ideally hold an ISEB (or equivalent) qualification. Candidates must come from a Financial Services background, preferably banking experience.
