This advanced financial Services organisation based near Northampton, Northamptonshire are looking to add a Business Analyst to work on the implementation of Business Change projects. Business Analyst must have 3 years commercial experience within the Financial Services Industry or Insurance.

Experience & Requirements for the Business Analyst role;

Extensive experience as a Business Analyst working within the Financial Services industry working on the full project lifecycle delivering requirements, operational design and supporting implementation of business-change projects.
Strong Business Analysis with solid Business requirements gathering
Business Process Modelling - BPMN
Excellent experience of both Waterfall & Agile methodologies
Degree standard education or equivalent experience
Ideally some formal BA qualifications ISEB, BCS, CBAP, or working towards

The ideal Business analyst must be highly experienced in both Waterfall & Agile and must come from a Financial Services background, preferably banking experience.
