Service Desk Manager – Central Nottingham £45,000 - £55,000 + 9% bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated Service Desk Manager to join their technical team. The key to this role is ensuring smooth operations of systems and infrastructure. The Service Desk Team Lead will be responsible for managing the 1st and 2nd line team leaders, ensuring that the team continue to deliver the expected level of IT support to a user-base of several thousand. The current vacancy is for a large business who have invested heavily into IT over the past several years, with continued growth planned. You will take ownership for IT incidents where a higher level of management is required and act as an escalation point for the Service Desk. Package:
