Scrum Master - Business Change


Scrum Master - Agile – Northamptonshire – Project Management, Business Change, Change Management
 
Location – Northampton - 2 days a week working in their offices in a hybrid capacity.
 
This Financial services organisation based just outside Northampton, is currently looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to join their Change Management team. This new and exciting Scrum Master / PM role will oversee the management & delivery of a diverse range of projects across the organisation, whilst ensuring project governance is followed in accordance with their Change Policy and related processes & standards.
 
Core skills for this role:
 

  • 3-5 years Project Management experience using Waterfall & Agile methodologies with preferable certifications in either Prince2, PMP or Scrum Master - Hands on Agile Project Management
  • Extensive project delivery as a Scrum Master / Project Manager within Financial Services with experience in Change Management, project risk management  
  • Proven experience of working with technical teams, understanding system change requirements and delivering these successfully to end users.
  • Excellent communication & people skills with a solid relationship building skills.
  • Work with others in the successful Project delivery and promote positive business change.
 
The successful Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager will possess a project management qualification together with proven experience ideally gained within financial services and 3+ years' plus hands on Agile experience in a Project Management capacity.his exciting role is based out of their Northamptonshire offices and you will be expected to work 2 days a week onsite with the team.
