This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated Governance Manager to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is ensuring responsibility and accountability for developing, maintaining, and executing the Governance frameworks. The Governance Manager will stay ahead of the technology curve.

The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for a Governance Manager to ensure a culture of high performance. You will have strong experience working in a Governance Manager role with excellent leadership skills within a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Governance & Sales Manager:

  • Being responsible for product governance and ensuring compliance approval is secured
  • Managing product governance meetings to ensure all processes are completed and ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty expectations
  • Leading on all Data Protection/GDPR assessments and supporting the compliance team to define changes
    Working closely with the product sales team to provide support and being a point of liaison between commercial and compliance teams
  • Excellent presentation/relationship skills and presenting at board level
