Business Analyst

Business Analyst – Peterborough – Up to £45,000 + Benefits and Flexible working

This well established company in Peterborough are looking to for a Business Analyst to come in and join an established team and be the link between the Business Departments and the IT Teams. Communication is key to this role as you will be required to communicate complex information in a clear and concise language to the relevant stakeholders.

The Business Analyst will be required to identify and agree solutions to improve processes and systems, and manage these from inception, through delivery and into implementation. The client would be happy for someone to work on a hybrid basis and would require a 2 days a week working from their office.

Responsibilities:

Gathering and understanding business requirements and priorities
Working with internal teams to generate performance reports and presenting that to management teams/ stakeholders
Documenting process flows with internal teams and aligning cross functional processes
Clearly defining and verifying user stories with key stakeholders
Identifying areas of opportunity within business processes
Ensuring change requests have robust business cases and developing strong delivery plans
Developing and maintaining control and documentation processes

Experience & Requirements for the Business Analyst role:

Experience working with stakeholders in order to create business cases.
Experience in working to strict deadlines, both individually and as part of a team
BPMN process documentation
Experience working in the retail/e-commerce industry
