Support Executive – Harrogate – Up to £28,000 + benefits An advanced and rapidly growing health-tech company, need a Support Analyst to act as the first point of contact for all customer support enquiries. You will be required to collaborate with other teams to provide prompt and informative responses and solution, working to agreed SLAs. You will have at least a year of experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running, but training and support will be offered to aid professional development. This role is different from your typical ‘support’ role, as it will not just involve providing technical support. Candidates will be required to provide training on products and services to both internal and external users. Confident communication skills are essential as well as the ability to manage a number of tasks at one time.
