Service Desk Engineer – Peterborough - Up to £25k + Benefits This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated Service Desk Engineer to join their IT Support Team. The key to this role is to provide 1st line support and deal with incidents and service requests as they come through, effectively communicating progress updates through to resolution. The Service Desk Engineer will be troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests that have been received by the service desk, whilst ensuring all IT issues raised are logged as an incident or service request as appropriate within the ticketing system. You will be required to prioritise tickets and allocate to the relevant teams, maintain hardware and contribute towards asset management processes. This role will be based in the client’s head office in the Peterborough area. Key Requirements:
