UX Designer

UX Designer – Fully Remote – Up to £42k + up to 20% Bonus and excellent benefits

This advanced and rapidly growing digital company are looking to add an experienced UX / UI Designer to their team, who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high-quality design standards. My client is operating a fully remote working model, with no expectations to travel.

The ideal UX/UI Designer will have a high level of technical knowledge and will be required to possess a broad range of skills that will assist in learning new technologies quickly. It will be your responsibility to help shape and deliver the company’s technology solutions. You will be required to propose, sketch out and prototype where appropriate a range of high-level visual concepts.

Thie design role is all about establishing a culture of collaboration between development and the wider business, to ensure the solutions which are created are technically feasible and deliver real world value.

Experience:

Experience of the entire design process e.g., research, conceptual design, prototypes, visual design and usability testing
UX Design
Visual design experience
Good understanding of web accessibility standards WCAG and inclusive design
Agile
UX Software - Figma, Hotjar, Sketch, Adobe XD etc.
A portfolio of work would be highly desirable
