Automation Engineer – Lincoln/Hybrid – Up To £40k  

As a software company who provide a market leading application, they require a driven and self-motivated Automation Tester to join the development team. This role will be a hybrid role which would require 1 day a week in the office which is based in Lincoln. The key to this role is continuous development and learning, being someone who champions self-study and strives to be the best that they can be.
 
As a member of the automation team, you will be responsible for:

• Writing new tests against requests, bugs and user stories
• Writing new methods and infrastructure for test frameworks
• Creating new solutions to test applications in new ways
• Improving the speed and efficiency of existing methods

 
The following skills and experience are required:

• Experience with Automation Test Tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin)
• Experience with C#
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn and develop new skills through self-learning

 
Other skills that would be beneficial but not essential:

• Experience with .NET, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, React
• API Experience
• Experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, Azure, Git
