Head of IT – Peterborough/ Hybrid – Up To £75k + Benefits

This established organisation within the digital retail sector are looking for an experience Head of IT to manage IT operations across the business and ensure the IT strategy and technology solutions support the company direction. You will be required to develop and implement IT strategies across multiple department and deliver targets and goals.

The Head of It will be responsible for teams across several disciplines within the business ensuring the teams are on track and adhering to strategic change, the areas of the business include;

IT and Network Administration and Support
IT Helpdesk
Software Development (Front End and Back End)

The Head of It would be responsible for leading these teams and designing, developing and implementing new solutions alongside department leaders. The relevant candidate would ideally have experience in software and service delivery along with excellent communication and people management skills. This role is a hybrid role with head office being based just outside of Peterborough. However they can be flexible on how often the candidate works from home.

Essential Experience:

Leading, managing and developing a service and infrastructure team
Experience managing a Software Team or delivering Software solutions
IT budget management
IT Strategy Development
Project Management and Delivery experience
Professional certifications would be beneficial e.g., MCSA, MCSE etc
