Client Delivery Manager – Hybrid - £60k

This highly successful organisation is looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join an established team with technical understanding of application development, knowledge of the SDLC and ideally within a financial services environment. The successful Client Delivery Manager will help support services, ensure excellent service is delivered and SLAs are achieved.

The company have a wide client portfolio and the Client Delivery Manager will develop strong relationships with their clients to ensure requirements are understood, solutions are delivered effectively and that client expectations are managed and satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide programme delivery including financial targets, SLAs and ensuring proactive and effective communications are established throughout the business
  • Plan and facilitate partner meetings aligning with the Agile development framework
  • Work closely with PM and development teams to support opportunities
  • Be the main point of contact for escalation
  • Performance and Service Level reporting
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in IT client delivery roles
  • Excellent leadership
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Ideally previous experience working in financial and/IT software sectors
