Business Analyst - Fully remote - Bespoke software

Salary - 55k plus 10% bonus & excellent benefits, WFH

This advanced software house are in the market to recruit a Business Analyst to work with their Developers and Product Owners to deliver their latest Field Service product suite

Ideally the BA will have 3-5 years commercial experience with good business acumen and a solid understanding of the Software development lifecycle. It is preferable that you come from a Software House background and have a proven track record of working with developers, Product owners & testers producing solutions for clients in the Field service & mobile workforce management industry.

The ideal Business Analyst will champion best practice and application development methodologies and use this understanding and knowledge for the production of the deliverables required at each stage of the project life cycle.

Core skills & experience for this Business Analyst role:

3-5 years’ Business Analyst experience within a software development environment
Agile
Solid experience with writing user stories
Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience of working in a CI / CD environment
Preferably Field service Management, FSM experience, service management

The Business Analyst will be joining an established Software development team working to Agile practices, where you will taking specifications and translate them into user stories for the Scrum teams to work from. The Business Analyst will have a proven track record of working across multiple Scrum teams to ensure the user stories have enough detail & information for developers to deliver their new field service product suite.
