Systems Administrator, HR Systems– Hybrid role - Northampton

This leading Financial Services are looking to add a Systems Administrator to maintain and administer their enterprise applications which includes M365, HRIS & HR Systems

The Enterprise Systems Administrator you will join an established IT team and you will have 3+ years’ experience in a similar enterprise applications /Application Support role. They are looking for a team player who has a passion for IT Technology and who enjoys keeping this skills up to date with the latest emerging tech.
 
Core skills & experience


  • Experienced in their suite of enterprise applications including ServiceNow, SharePoint, HRIS, Teams etc
  • Manage the ongoing maintenance & administration of enterprise applications
  • Prioritise the resolution of any incidents and requests within the agreed timescales
  • Manage external suppliers to deliver system enhancements where appropriate
  • Actively seek system improvements whist reviewing and maintaining procedures to ensure the integration of systems
  • Ensure all changes are agreed, defined, developed, and promoted within the boundaries of their IT governance standards
  • Experience using scripting languages
