Software Project Manager – Peterborough/Hybrid – Up To £50,000 + Benefits

This highly successful organisation is looking for a Software Project Manager to join an established software development team with a technical understanding of software development and the software development life cycle. The ideal Project Manager will have a good understanding of software implementation projects and excellent communication skills as you will be working with the in house development team as well as other key stakeholders around the business.

This role requires project management of new systems, ethe existing ecommerce website and internal applications to ensure continuity, communicating and reporting the status of each project is key to this role as well as working with other teams in the business to ensure the project runs as smoothly as possible. You will see you joining a friendly team who will support your development and career growth.  This role is a hybrid role but will require the candidate to work in the office for the first few weeks, after this there will the option to work from home 3 days per week.

You will need:

• Experience managing software implementation projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels
• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to multitask across several ongoing projects
• Excellent Waterfall and Agile knowledge

Desirable:

• Prince2 Practitioner
• DevOps experience
