IT Infrastructure Engineer – Birmingham, West Midlands - Hybrid

VMware, NetApp San, Cisco routers & Switches, Avaya IP Telephony, on premises.

Salary – 40k plus excellent benefits

This well-established e-commerce organisation based in Birmingham, requires a driven and self-motivated Infrastructure Engineer to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The Infrastructure Engineer will play a key role in planning, providing high level Design and Engineering support of their existing systems, as well as maintaining the current infrastructure through both BAU and project work.

Core experience;

3-4 years commercial IT Infrastructure / IT Networks experience

Core skills

VMWare
NetApp SAN
Veeam and other backup systems
Active Directory
DHCP / DNS / DFS
firewall configuration
Cisco Routers & Switches
WAN/LAN/VLANs Set-Up
Avaya IP Telephony
Some knowledge of IT security
