1st Line Support Analyst – Liverpool – Up to £24,500 + Benefits This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated 1st Line Support Analyst to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is user support and hence you will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm. You will be required to provide support across the business, maintain IT facilities and provide user training to stakeholders of various technical levels. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role as travel to other sites may be required on occasion. Key Responsibilities:
