Business Analyst – Northampton - Hybrid

This advanced financial Services organisation based near Northampton, Northamptonshire are looking to add a Business Analyst to work on the implementation of Business Change projects. Business Analyst must have 3 years commercial experience within the Financial Services Industry

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst;

Gather information and translate the requirements into straightforward Functional specifications
The Business Analyst will provide consultancy and service relating to the implementation of business change projects.
Participate in meetings to understand different business process, process plans and functionality in a detail, assist in arranging Integration Test Plans which was utilized by the functional team and the development team for performing detailed testing on business applications
Support UAT, Training, Project Communication & Implementation of change as necessary.
To prepare system documentation and liaise with Development teams as required

Experience & Requirements for the Business Analyst role;

Extensive experience as a Business Analyst working within the Financial Services industry working on the full project lifecycle delivering requirements, operational design and supporting implementation of business-change projects.
Preferably a Business Analysis qualification such as ISEB, Agile Product Owner, CBAP
Experience of working under a formal project delivery methodology such as Prince2 or Agile
Degree standard education or equivalent experience
Ideally some formal BA qualifications ISEB, BCS, CBAP, or working towards

The ideal Business analyst / Business Change analyst will be degree qualified and ideally hold an ISEB (or equivalent) qualification. Candidates must come from a Financial Services background, preferably banking experience.
