1st Line Support Analyst – Leeds – Up to £22,000 + Benefits This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated 1st Line Support Analyst to join their busy technical services team. The key to this role is user support and hence you will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm. You will be required to provide support across the business, maintain IT facilities and provide user training to stakeholders of various technical levels. As a 1st Line Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support including in person, via phone and via the IT Service Desk ticketing system whilst also sharing responsibility for the incoming tickets.
