IT Services Manager – Remote / Bradford once per week
Up to £50,000 + 15-20% bonus and excellent benefits
 
This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated IT Services Manager to join their technical team. The key to this role is ensuring the delivery of excellent service to all business within the group, whilst coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
 
The IT Services Manager will ensure all services are properly managed across the service lifecycle, with a particular focus on service transition and service operation. You will guarantee that technical change/release is appropriately communicated and managed and that incident management is conducted in an effective manner.
 
This role will be primarily remote, with a requirement to attend the office in Bingley once per week. More on-site work can be offered should you wish to go in more regularly
 
Key skills required:

• Asset and configuration management
• Business analysis (IT ops)
• Continual service improvement
• People Management
• Service Management
• Varied technical knowledge of network infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, Web application support, AWS and / or Azure, Application support, security etc
