Front-End Developer – Remote – Up to £40k + 35-hour working week + Benefits

This multi-site and rapidly growing company are looking to several Front-End Developers to their development team. They are operating a fully remote working model and plan to do this permanently moving forward, but they do have five UK offices should you wish to go in at all.

The Frontend Developer will be accountable for building the front end of the company’s digital tools, with improvements to existing and future iterations. You will be joining a face paced environment and will have to work to deadlines as a team.

It will be your responsibility to build high-quality user interfaces and help to shape several major projects designed to improve user experiences across the platform. The frontend developer will work with stakeholders to translate complex user journeys and wide-ranging requirements into enjoyable user experiences.

Experience:

Excellent skills with modern Javascript, HTML5, CSS and responsive design
Knowledge of pre-processors and build tools
Experience integrating with complex web-based APIs
Version control systems such as git
Exposure to or an understanding of React would be desirable
