This advanced technology company based in Greater Manchester are looking to add a Business Analyst to join an established team and work closely with the team lead to develop solutions for clients. A strong desire and passion to work within a cutting-edge software and IT environment is required.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

Working with developers and customers to help document and implement software solutions
Preparing functional and business specifications
Creating software test plans and reviewing UAT feedback
Managing stakeholder communication and creating project documents
Making recommendations to providing continuous improvement to project standards and requirements
Collaborating with the team and delivering internal training sessions

Experience & requirements for the Business Analyst:

Excellent communication skills
Passion for software and knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
Experience in working to strict deadlines, both individually and as part of a team
Desire to create solutions for customers
Experience working within agile and structured project environments ideally
