Automation Tester – Remote – Up to £50k + 10-20% Bonus + benefits

This advanced and rapidly growing company are looking to add an experienced Test Automation Engineer to their Software delivery team. The Automation Tester will have extensive experience in the whole testing lifecycle as well as developing automated test suites for backend and frontend application testing.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as well as the ability to pick up new technologies quickly. The Automation Tester will be required to translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, cases and steps as well as identify test cases that are suitable for automation.

This is a fully remote role, but should you wish to attend an office, their head office is in West Yorkshire.

Ideally you will have experience of:

Agile software development and testing methods
Automated testing tools and procedures (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Jenkins, junit, Cucumber, rspec etc)
Test-driven development approaches

Ability to code to automate tests using technologies such as Selenium WebDriver
Experience of back-end programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, C#
