Application Support Analyst – Hybrid/Leeds – Up To £30k + Benefits

As a financial services provider who are continually innovating and embracing technology to provide a world class service to their customers, require an Application Support Analyst to work within the Software Development team to support colleagues and enhance bespoke software systems.

This role is a hybrid role which requires 2 days working in the office a week, their office is based in Leeds.

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for:

Ticket management and resolving any issues raised through to resolution
Working with End User’s to diagnose application support issues
Communications escalations through to the Software Developers
Identifying failures within the software and suggesting possible solutions

The following skills and experience are required:

Strong technical, problem solving, communication and time management skills
Understanding of a variety of software development languages
Working knowledge of Git, Visual Studio, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence (Desirable)
Experience with .Net Frameworks, C#, SQL, Python (Desirable)
