PMO Analyst – Liverpool (Hybrid working) - £30k

We are looking to recruit a PMO Analyst to join an established team with technical understanding of application development and knowledge of the software development life cycle. The successful PMO Analyst will monitor, track and report across the project portfolio. You will manage controls and systems as with a focus on resource forecasting and management and project KPIs.
The PMO Analyst will develop strong relationships with a team of Programme and Project Managers to drive and support existing projects. The role will be mainly internal stakeholders, however there may be some client engagement.

The successful PMO Analyst will build excellent working relationships whilst providing programme coordination, programme administration and project initiation. This role will suit a PMO Analyst with an application background looking to take the next step in their career. You will join an experienced and friendly team of Project and Programme Managers who will support your training and career growth.

You will need:

  • Experience working in a portfolio support office/large project/programme office
  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling
  • Experience managing and reporting on financial budgets associated with forecasting
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Prince 2, Agile, MSP or project management framework qualification is desirable
