Business Analyst

Lead Business Analyst – Chorley
Skills: Requirements Capture, Full Project Lifecycle, Agile Projects, Use Cases, ISEB, UML, Prince 2, SDLC

This highly successful organisation are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join an established software development team with technical understanding of application development and knowledge of the software development life cycle. Relevant operational experience delivering software solutions and managing services in cloud infrastructure and leading medium to large scale projects through to go-live.

Key duties includes for the Lead BA:

  • Support existing and potential customers through delivery of knowledge transfer and product support to the CRM systems.
  • To perform a lead role to prospects, customers and the project team members on the optimal approach to implementing a solution to the customers’ business need.
  • Identify solutions to business issues and opportunities
  • Support the Product Line Manager with defining change requirements, as entered onto the rod
  • Interpreting industry requirements for customer and identifying new opportunities resulting from industry process, client engagement and business requirements changes
  • To take a lead role in the successful delivery and implementation of projects
 
Core skills & experience for this Lead BA role includes:
  • Proven experience as a Consultant or BA with relevant operational experience with the SDLC
  • 5 years' experience working in a Business Analyst role ideally working as a lead or helping to mentor junior members of the team
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
