Software Development Team Lead


Development Team Lead – Fully remote Remote – Up to £65k + Benefits       
 
This advanced and rapidly growing company are looking to add an experienced Development Team Lead to their Software delivery team, who are operating a fully remote working model and plan to do this permanently moving forward. The Lead Developer will have extensive experience of hands-on full stack .NET development, as well as experience leading and mentoring developers. You will be joining a face paced environment and will have to work to deadlines as a team.
 
The ideal Development Team Leader will have a high level of technical knowledge and will be required to possess a broad range of skills that will assist in learning new technologies quickly. It will be your responsibility to help shape and deliver the company’s technology solutions. You will be the senior member of the team, working on a large-scale and fast-paced project. This will still be a hands-on team leadership position, with only around 30% of the role being managerial duties.
 
Essential Experience:

  • .NET Core
  • Entity Framework – Core beneficial
  • JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript
  • Comfortable with unit + integration tests
  • Web APIs
  • SQL Server
  • Agile
  • Mentoring junior developers
  • Azure DevOps
