Senior Programme Manager

Senior Programme Manager – Remote – £35,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

My client is a global insurance provider who are looking to add a Senior Programme Manager to their team to take responsibility of programme and migration resources within the company. You will be heavily involved with risk analysis which you will report back to senior management.

The Senior Programme Manager will consult with the IT Team and 3rd party suppliers to support all implementation and migration activities, including new and existing clients. You will be required to take ownership of developing and implementing specification documents.

Key requirements for the role:

Contribute to the development of IT systems to improve processes
Ownership of IT project requests until resolution
Act as a system trainer for internal and external clients
Client relationship management and supplier management
Manage data accuracy to ensure quality and integrity
Work closely with Operations on data processes and procedural matters
Monitor Loss Process, SLAs, and central billing processes
Resolution of system enquires and claim service issues.
