This advanced and globally recognized technology company based in Manchester are looking to add a Integration Engineer to join an established team and work closely with the team lead to develop solutions for clients.
 
Responsibilities of the Integration Engineer:

  • Develop and improve client integrations
  • Communicate with customers to ensure they achieve their business objectives based on platform analytics
  • Assist with architecture, design, integration, performance tuning, rollout, support, and optimisation of software implementation
  • Support internal teams to improve customer experience and work closely with the product team to enhance the product
  • Improve client integrations with the platform using AWS and SQL to aid scalable solutions
  • Assisting the triage of issues and provide SLA targets and recurring issues to the development team
  • Research procedures to identify ways to improve business process performance

Experience & Requirements for the Integration Engineer:
  • Experience working in a Integration Engineer role ideally working on a SaaS solution
  • Optimising and executing SQL queries
  • Experience in working to strict deadlines, both individually and as part of a team
  • Understand the phases of the development life cycle, and how they are related
  • Experience working with development languages ideally JavaScript and C#
  • Experience working within agile and structured project environments
