This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated 1st Line Engineer to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is providing first class support to managed services customers. The 1st Line Engineer will perform resolving incidents, product upgrades and proactive support.

The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for a 1st Line Engineer to provide specialist support. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 years’ experience working in similar roles. You will have previous experience working in a similar role.

Key requirements

SLA maintenance
Experience working in Telecoms i.e., ADSL, fibre, broadband, connectivity
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Producing and updating technical documentation
