This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self-motivated Capacity Manager to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. They will offer you an excellent salary and benefits package. The key to this role is for managing the Customer Management function with their customers and developing strategies in line with continual service improvement.
The Capacity Manager will be responsible for:

  • Forecasting, trending, modelling, and documenting client requirements and working with clients and service delivery to proactively
  • Responsible for ensuring resource meets agreed service targets
  • Effective and efficient capacity and performance of IT services and components
  • Working with pre-sales scoping and alongside operations and service delivery to understand capacity requirements
  • Reporting regularly on capacity utilization, issues and actions and progress against plan
The following skills and experience are required:
  • Experience working as a Capacity Manager
  • ITIL environment experience
  • Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
  • Understanding of ISO principles and ensuring compliance in Capacity Management processes
  • Ideally experience working in a SaaS business
