This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self-motivated Service Delivery Manager to join their busy technical services team, and motivate those around them. They will offer you an excellent salary and benefits package. The key to this role is for managing the Service Delivery relationship with their customers and developing strategies in line with continual service improvement.
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for:

  • Acting as interface between customers and the Infrastructure, Service Desk and Managed Service teams following ITIL processes and procedures
  • Aiding operational services in line with SLAs and providing a structured framework of Service Delivery
  • Act as the primary escalation point for service delivery issues
  • Setup and deliver new service offerings
The following skills and experience are required:
  • Strong ITIL process skills including ITIL certification
  • Knowledge of Service Delivery Management disciplines
  • Problem analysis and solving
  • Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
  • 4 years’ experience in Service Delivery
