QA Team Lead


QA Team Lead – Remote – Up to £50k + up to 20% bonus + Benefits
 
This advanced software solutions provider is looking to add a QA Team Lead to their Software delivery team on a fully remote basis. The Test Team Lead will have extensive experience in the whole testing lifecycle and have tested various web and mobile platforms. As well as this, they will have previously managed teams of testers, both onshore and offshore.
 
The QA Team Lead role requires the analysing, testing, evaluation and approving the accuracy of modifications to systems software through manual and automation testing. You will be responsible for ensuring an appropriate automation and manual testing strategy is followed, to ensure new and existing features satisfy customers from a quality perspective.
 
There will be no travel requirements with this role as the entire technical team is working remotely moving forward. They also have no core hours and support flexible working.
 
Key Skills

  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience of defining clear test strategies
  • Experience leading and mentoring QA Engineers
  • ISTQB Certified
  • Experience of test Automation tools such as Cucumber and Selenium WebDriver
  • Experienced in testing across multiple devices and browsers
  • Experienced in testing modern, responsive web applications and mobile apps
  • JIRA and Confluence
  • SQL and NoSQL databases
