This highly successful organisation is looking for a Software QA Tester to join an established software development team. The successful Software Tester will be joining a team of developers working on the testing and delivery of applications and sites within various web frameworks. The Tester will also have good SQL and automation skills and will be keen to build on their experience within databases.

Skills & Responsibilities for the Senior QA Tester:

Creating test plans and test cases whilst estimating and planning testing activities
Delivering and managing automated testing for new software releases
Work closely within development scrum teams using agile methodology
Work with the SecOps to perform compliance testing
Manage UAT environments and co-ordinate client testing activities
Work closely with other areas of the business to understand the system’s functional and non-functional requirements.

Job Requirements

Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of Agile processes and experience using Jira
Good knowledge of automation tools including WebdriverIO, Selenium, JMeter, Browserstack
Knowledge of SQL and Windows/Linux
Taking ownership of testing activities and providing leadership in stand-ups
