Business Improvement Lead – Remote – Up to £60k + Benefits

This advanced and growing company based are looking to add an experienced Business Improvement Lead to their established team on a permanent basis. This position will be responsible for recommending opportunities to improve the operational effectiveness within the business.
 
The Business Improvement Lead will be responsible for defining how continuous improvement is embedded as a service within the company. You will be responsible for the strategic approach to business improvement (BI) as well as the establishment of frameworks and the delivery of key strategic business improvement programme.
 
This role will be fully remote but should you wish to attend an office, London, Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester or Exeter are all options.
 
Skills and experience:

  • Proven track record of Business Improvement implementation
  • Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Project and Change Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Process improvement qualifications
  • Any experience of working in the legal sector would be beneficial
