CRM Project Manager


CRM Project Manager (FTC) – Remote – Circa £60k + benefits
 
This leading digital organisation based in West Yorkshire, is currently looking for an IT Project Manager with experience implementing CRM systems to add to their team. This new and exciting role will initially be on an 18-month fixed term basis due to project requirements. They are happy for someone to work fully remotely but for candidates can attend the office as regular as they would like.
 
The CRM Project Manager with be accountable for refreshing the company’s core systems as well as
managing the projects through from RFP to business acceptance. The role would be a key part of their transformation programme, ensuring that the business is as competitive and up to date as possible from a technical standpoint. Their ideal candidate will be adept at managing data migration and parallel running phases in technical projects.
 
Core skills & experience for this role;

  • Experience of CRM Systems implementation (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
  • Strong experience of project delivery methodologies such as Prince 2, IPM.
  • A good understand of project management software.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean User stories.
  • Managing an RFP process
  • Experience with testing and business acceptance for CRM systems
  • Outgoing personality with strong stakeholder management abilities
 
A proven track record of successful delivery is essential, as the company require a Project Manager who can hit the ground running.
