Service Desk Engineer – Middlesbrough / Remote – Up to £28,000 + On-Call + Benefits This well-established software organisation requires a driven and self-motivated Service Desk Engineer to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is customer service and hence you will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm. The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to provide support to clients. They are looking for someone with a background in supporting a variety of applications and a track record of picking up new tech quickly. The position will initially be remote based with the opportunity for flexibly agreements moving forward. Someone with experience with or an understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be highly desirable.
