This advanced software house based in Coventry are looking to recruit a development team leader to drive the technical direction of the product and implement technical best practices.

This is a hands-on role within a cloud environment. You will be responsible for the ongoing design, development, testing, documenting and maintenance of the company’s cloud-based web product. Working alongside the SCRUM Master to contribute to sprints.

The ideal candidate will be expected to display technical leadership and encourage others. You will spend 20% of your time on line management responsibilities including recruitment, HR and delivering training to the development team.

Core skills & experience for the Development Team Leader

Experience in developing within Microsoft .NET Core, C#, ASP.Net
Experience in developing using Web Services, JavaScript /TypeScript
Experience HTML, CSS, Angular
Experience with SQL
Technically up-to-date and familiar with current best practices within the software industry
Understanding and experience in development lifecycles.

The successful Team leader / Development Manager will be able to drive initiatives across the department, leading from the front whilst coming from a strong Agile/Scrum background.
