This highly successful organisation is looking for a Sage Technical Engineer to join an established software team with extensive experience of receiving and managing queries from clients. You will be responsible for following processes and systems to manage and triage the queries and maintaining agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.
Key duties for the Sage Technical Engineer include:

  • Ensuring updates are documented and communicated with the end user at all stage of the incident life cycle
  • Liaising with internal teams and external 3rd parties with use of internal tools and systems or completing actions on-site when required
  • Performing incident management and reporting on complex issues
  • Supporting the business on Sage software
Core skills & experience for this Sage Technical Engineer role includes:
  • Sage software support experience
  • Excellent knowledge with SQL
  • Good knowledge of Commercial and Financial modules
  • Support for third party products for Sage
  • Excellent communication skills
