3rd Line Support Engineer – Wellingborough  
Microsoft O365, Networking, Servers, Server Management 
Salary - 45-50k plus excellent benefits - currently working remotely
 
This leading organisation based in Northamptonshire with good links to Kettering, Wellingborough, Northampton, and Bedford are looking to add a 3rd Line Support Engineer / Technical Specialist to their Service Desk Team. You will be key to the delivery of their strategic roadmap and management of operational incidents through to resolution.
 
The 3rd Line Support will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the escalation point of contact for the service desk
  • Providing technical support to projects and handing over services into production
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting to determine root issues for operational incidents
  • Overseeing operating system builds and application development systems while providing full documentation of all patches and upgrades
  • Work alongside IT security, internal teams, and partners
 
Core skills & experience :
  • Microsoft 0365
  • Active directory, users, groups deployment
  • Azure
  • Sharepoint, OneDrive, Email
  • Patching, Antivirus, PowerShell
  • Server Management - Monitoring, troubleshooting, testing restorations.
