Systems Analyst – Northamptonshire - Informatica, ETL, Oracle, Flexcube

Salary – 45k plus excellent benefits – 12 months fixed term role - remote working at present

Location – Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, Northampton

This leading organisation based in Northamptonshire with good links to Kettering, Wellingborough, Northampton and Bedford are looking to add a Systems Analyst to their technical services team. The Systems Analyst will be expected to define solutions to business problems and communicate with teams about how to implement, configure and test them. This is a twelve months fixed term role that potentially could go permanent.

Core skills & experience

Proven work experience as a Systems Analyst / Technical Analyst in large change projects or programmes
Proven ability to undertake detailed systems analysis and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Ability to translate business requirements into more technical specs bridging the gap between business and system requirements.
ETL processes associated with reporting or other applications with a significant dependency on data accuracy and management
Informatica
Ability to understand data flows and write technical specifications
Working knowledge of Oracle Flexcube banking platform will be a distinct advantage
Full software development life cycle and experience of integrating new and legacy systems
Experience of systems architecture and technical documentation

Ideally you will have 3-5 years years commercial experience working within a Systems Analyst role where you will be a motivated, self-starter with excellent organisational and communication skills. Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate over the phone and via email with a variety of individuals at all technical levels are required and Financial Services industry experiences are considered a plus.
