Application Support, 2nd Line Support – Staffordshire – commute from Newcastle Under Lyme, Kidsgrove, Congleton, Stoke on Trent The Application Support Analyst will have preferably supported applications in PHP, Salesforce, ERP Systems with solid 2nd Line Helpdesk Support experience and will have 2-3 years commercial experience in a similar Application Support / 2nd Line IT Support role. You will have excellent customer support skills with a ‘can do’ attitude and have previously worked on a busy service desk where you will be responsible for the IT service delivery including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes using ITIL best-practice guidelines. The Application Support role will see you working within a team focusing on the support of their core business systems and supporting optimal business operations.
